Here is our updated artificial muscle development method:
Step 1:
Measure 100 cm of Shieldex Statex Conductive thread (235/234 Single PLY with <500 ohms/meter and 235/34 2 PLY with <100 ohms/meter) or Monofilament Fishing Line.
Step 2:
Tie to paper clips on both sides; attach to coupler; hang weight.
Step 3:
Start coupler rotation via Arduino Software and Coil for 10-12 minutes and fold
Step 4:
Connect alligator clips from power generator and to both paper clip
Step 5:
Heat treat for 1 second with 1.3 V per centimeter and 1.3 Amps
Apply voltage in recurring pattern to obtain recurrent contractions
